I was in such need of a dentist, and do to a bad experience in the pass my husband and we're afraid. My co-workers kept telling me about the Gentle Sent Me in Somerville on McGrath Highway. It took some time to convince my husband and to build the courage but we did an appointment and went. The first person we met was Pricila Silva she took her time explaining all the details about coverage prices and the work they do. We left feeling comfortable knowing all the details. It's been 4 Months and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful teeth and the friendship we have built with all of them. I can honestly say that they put a bright smile on our faces. Thank you Gental Dental for your professional customer service.

Always have had wonderful customer service and great cleanings here. Would definitely recommend to people looking for a dentist in the Cambridge/Somerville area.

So I went in with very high hopes from all of the reviews, and everyone was very nice. Let me make sure that is clear. But when they went through my x-rays they said I had 5 cavities that needed to be fixed. $600 dollars worth of work. I brush, floss, and use mouthwash every day and I was not buying it, so I got a second opinion. Went to another dentist in Cambridge, and he flat out told me I did not have 5 cavities. Said my teeth might have some staining from coffee, but nothing serious that needed to be worked on. Be careful here, they might draw you in with great deals, but might keep you coming back by entrapping you with additional work.

I've had a great experience here! After newly moving to the area I was looking for a dentist for a much needed deep cleaning. So far I've been to Gentle Dental three times and each time has been a pleasant experience. I'd highly recommend the hygienist Rey Mota, he's to the point, great as his job, and also has a good sense of humor. The front desk staff is also very pleasant. For however long I'm in the Boston area, this will be the place I will go to for all of my dental needs.
