very bad customer service. I called about an issue in my commercial account and the person who is supposed to manage my account has been evading my calls and messages. It has been over a week since I called the office to ask a simple question of why my rates went up and I am still waiting for Yadira to call me back. I called to speak to a manager today in order to give a complaint and I have not been able to even do that. Will change insurance company as soon as my contract is up. Don't waste your time or money with this people. As seen in the other reviews this has been a constant problem through the years.

Terrible insurance agency. The staff is rude and don't make the customers feel welcomed.

Worst experience ever. Have been waiting on them for SIX WEEKS to fix a problem that was actually caused by the apartment above. Still incompetent and hasn't done anything.

This agency has rude staff and worse customer service i ever see in my life! I wouldn't never would use them in my life or referrer anyone to them.
