I have Auto Insurance with Safeco Insurance through the Phoenix Insurance office in Dallas Texas and my communication with them has been good. Safeco has been great in their turnaround time for any questions or services that I have need of. I may have a complaint but overall the experience with Road Side Assistance & Auto Accident has been so caring of my loss, both with The Phoenix Insurance Agency and Safeco Customer Service. A genuine pleasure.

Paid a doctor who never examined, nor met me to debunk all my medical so they didn't have to pay much, and forced me into a settlement. Very crooked company. Also somehow got last review of this removed.... must pay Google off too.

Would give 0 stars if available. 1st year had a small accident insurance went up. There commercials are full of lies! Second year started a homeowners claim but didn't finish it they raised my premium over $200. Again just opposite of what commercial says. They can piss off! I'm looking for a new company that doesn't lie!

This company is a Huge FRAUD & SCAM of a business. Very sad. They do not pay or take responsibility. A large work truck of a company (Blackwell Engineering) they insure crashed into my convertible & they REFUSE to pay in an effort to save money. Corporate American Greed at its best. After telling my story it turns out im just one of many scams & frauds......

On November 30, 2016, Liberty Mutual's Policyholder rear-ended my husband, pushing our car into the car in front of my husband. The policyholder was given a warning ticket, and the police report shows him at fault. As of Monday 1/9/2017, Liberty Mutual continues to tell us that they have not yet started an investigation as to who is at fault, although they do have a copy of the police report. After almost six weeks, we are no closer to having our car repaired than the day the accident occurred. Furthermore, they will not authorize a rental car. At this date, six weeks later, we are nearing $2000 out of pocket. I have called numerous times and continue to get the same story. Furthermore, I have left two messages for the Adjuster's Supervisor, and she will not return a call. I have been forced to file complaints with the Insurance Commissioner and BBB.
