Loyal 10 year customer, zero claims, zero late payments on homeowners insurance. Dropped like a hot potato because of a phantom recommendation to replace an 11 year old roof. Roof has at least another 15 in it. Very unclassy and unprofessional in the manner it was done. Worst part is it was recommended by family. I will bring my business elsewhere and will suggest the same to family and friends.
