Gorgeous and mostly peaceful - sometimes you still hear games going on in the nearby park. Otherwise a beautiful way to get "out" of the city for a little while and enjoy nature. Depending on when you're there, expect to see herons, rabbits, and even wild turkeys.

I lovely island of nature . Turtles, ducks, geese and other creatures. A short path through trees and a boardwalk with viewing platforms.

Cute little pond in the middle of the city. Good for a short walk, bird watching, or to read a book. The walk around the pond probably takes 10 min and is very enjoyable.
