My boyfriend came here for a men's cut that was completely rushed. The edges weren't clean behind the ears and some parts of his neck had moderate razor burn that took a week to heal. He left with cut hair all down his back. For the prices here you could easily get a better quality experience for a lower price at Supercuts.

I came here a couple of months ago and was disappointed with the level of professionalism. I was the only customer there and the staff were wondering around not doing much. There's no fashion magazines here (who doesn't have fashion magazines at a salon?!), and washing my hair/the sink was the most uncomfortable experience - the hairdresser had water running down my face and neck! The whole place needs a renovation. There was old coffee cups/rubbish left over from the person before me and my haircut and colour, which normally takes 2 hours took 3! The whole experience was awful. Definitely not a place of relaxation and pampering, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I just had a really bad experience here.
I went in asking for balayage and when I got there the hair dresser said no balayage only highlights. It was my first time dying my hair so I thought he knew what he was talking about. When I explained that I liked the color of my roots and wanted caramel towards the tips he said he would do the highlights starting halfway down my hair...although this seemed odd to me I trusted him. When it was all said and done it looked ALRIGHT save for these random spots where it looked AWFUL. It looked like a bad grown out hair dye job with a very clear cut line of where my hair color ended and the "highlights" began. To top it all off I had asked for a haircut. He cut my my hair dry and only cut the bottom of it. No attention to my layers and did not once ask if I wanted anything else done. A day later
I called and asked for it to be fixed. The manager was not at all apologetic and when I arrived she blamed me for the incident saying I should have been more specific and asked for balayage....when I said I did she replied that I had seemed unsure on the phone when I booked the appointment...it should never be this hard to communicate what you want with a hairdresser.

As the hairdresser is fixing my hair he does not say a word, when he towels me off the towel slaps me multiple times in the face and he half dries it leaving my hair frizzy and damp. End result: my hair looks a little bit better but still some terrible rough spots that look extremely unprofessional. I'm so upset. Again it was my first time getting my hair colored so I didn't know what was standard protocol or what to expect.

Now I do and definitely know I will
never ever again will I return here.

I recently moved to Boston from Atlanta. It is always difficult changing stylist. I tried several in the area, but wasn't really pleased with any of them. Then I found Juliet! She is wonderful. She has colored, cut, and styled my hair several times. She always does an amazing job. She also spends a lot of time talking with you to make sure that she understands what you want. I highly recommend her!
