Crazy lady at the front desk. Terrible customer service. Not hygienic at all. A health inspector should check out the place sometime soon.

Went in to get one nail fixed that had chipped from another salon & they were so nice to do it - great service, clean facilities.

I've been here before. It's nice inside but the service is always rushed. I went today for a full for the first time. The woman cut me on two fingers with the drill or whatever that's called. On another nail she filed so low you can see the actual meat under my nail. Because it's a busy location I felt super rushed and she was doing such a horrible job painting my nails I told her to just stop and take off the color. She felt the need to charge me more because of the shape of my nails, which I didn't agree with since I felt she used less product (but still paid what she asked for) and she still shaped every other nail the wrong way. Worse experience. 3 out of 10 fingers hurt. I'm so disappointed. Even if they are busy, they should still treat paying clients with respect.
