The only reason I'm giving Elizabeth Grady a 1 star is because of their poor communicating. When I booked I mentioned my Gilt City deal. When I arrived I offered my Gilt certificate and was told to hold I to it until the end. The facial itself was a nice experience. What ruined it all was when I was checking out I was charged an extra $22 for a mask that was not part of the Gilt deal. Shame on you Elizabeth Grady. It's your staff's job to communicate to me what is included and what is an extra charge. You just lost a future customer.

I've been coming to this spa salon for a few years now and I love it. I was interested in their beauty school so I figured why not try the product for myself? Best decision I ever made with my skin. The staff and shout out to my esthetician Andrea are awesome as well!

This place had a beautiful location, but the customer experience is always them pushing product to keep their sales up. They also do not have any clean up time in between clients ("time is money ", I've heard them actually say that to staff ) so instead we will make the clients wait and/or cut the person's ahead time off their appt. They are all about money and not taking time with clients and or staff, you are all much better off finding a place where you don't feel rushed and feeling like you have to drop an extra 50-100 bucks on their products.

Going to Elizabeth Grady for years and have never had a bad experience. Katie and Ana are amazing at what they do. Bravo!

I've been coming in here for a long time, and use all of their skincare products. Over the years, I've tried many products, some of which were great, and some of which I do not like. In one of my visits for a facial, one of the friendlier staff suggested a product that I had already tried, and did not like. I told her as much, and she said that I should bring the product(along with 1 other) back into the store, and they would give me a credit towards products that I did like.
I brought those two products into the store a week ago, and the manager and front desk staff treated me as if I were trying to get away with something. They did this in front of their clientele. They exclaimed 'You bought these over a year ago!", when pulling up my purchase history, implying that I should know the cutoff for their return policy, and obviously it was too long.
Overall, I was made to feel ashamed, by employees there, for doing what one of the other employees suggested I do.
Bad form.
