Bad customer service from Ms. Hunter-spoke rudely to my mom claiming that she was explaining the child policy which she definitely could of delivered in a professional manner. Canceled my hair services because I was disappointed with the customer service

It's only $9 for a cut and a blow dry here and its in the middle of downtown Boston! I received a great hair cut. It did take a lot of time for the hair cut and the blow dry so just make sure you plan for that when coming here. Really impressed with the service.

I hadn't such a great experience here! I hadn't had my hair cut in two years before coming, and my stylist Yleida put new life into my hair! She did exactly what I asked, gave me a trim (didn't cut off extra like so many other places end up doing) and gave me a gorgeous blow dry. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, and they write down the products they used on you so if you liked it you can go out and buy it yourself! I am going back next week for a deep conditioning treatment. 5/5 for Empire Beauty School and Yleida Silva!

i had a trim here. the student was awesome. very smart and well educated. my haircut looked like a major improvement. my intention is to return in 3 or 4 weeks to hone in on style. i want to compare blow dry versus airdry. i want to change my hairstyle only slightly. i want to ask more questions about hair coloring and perms. i want to discuss style with my stylist. i like discussions about my stylists future plans following graduation from the program.
