Absolutely terrible customer experience. I called to schedule a facial before my bridal shower and was not informed about any change/cancellation policies. An unfortunate conflict came up so I tried to call and move my appointment the morning of my facial and they refused to move it for me and instead charged my card. Extremely frustrating since I wasn't made aware of the policy and there is nothing on the website about a penalty for trying to reschedule within 24 hours.
