I have been seeing Laura for a little less than a year and I am a devoted client of hers. She used to work at Gretta Cole in Copley and she has done an amazing job bringing my hair back from hell! I had a horrible experience at a salon I will not disclose the name of and she has done a great job taking care of my hair (i.e. color, blow-drys, cuts). She is the best! Can't comment on any of their other services that they offer but they seem to have good customer service. They also have this punch program so that when you get any kind of service for 11 consecutive visits, you get the 12th one free!
