This was the absolute worst massage experience I have ever had. Not only was my massage done by a man who DRIPPED SWEAT on me, but Rosaline, the owner, was extremely rude to me and entirely unapologetic. The masseuse also spent a suspiciously long amount of time massaging my upper chest and neck face up. Though he didn't actually touch my breasts, he got pretty close. I tried to relax and tell myself he was just doing his job and it would be fine, but after about 20 minutes of neck and chest rubbing, one begins to wonder. Between the owner's atrocious behavior and the and the fact that the thing I wanted most upon leaving was a shower and a refund, I will not be going back for any of their services.

Facial was fair at best- I notice a difference for weeks after getting a facial at most places. Here it lasted a day. Prices are much too high for the service. Finally- Rosaline was incredibly rude, condescending and 45 min late for my appt with no apologies.

I booked appointments with buddies during spa week. The owner, Rosaline, is very rude and unprofessional. While booking the appointment she stressed "showing up on time" because if you are late your treatment will be cut short. We arrive 15 minutes early only to be told we could not come in and wait in the reception area because "we would be in her way and she is not ready." On a cold Saturday morning she suggested we wander around Brookline for a little while. We returned and received our treatments. My massage was just okay, I have definitely had far better. Another friend loved her massage, but the friends who received facials were very unsatisfied. Rosaline performed one facial and spent the entire 50 minutes telling my friend "you have terrible skin" and tore down her self-esteem to the point where she purchased skin care items from Rosaline's line. She also proceeded to talk politics and insult public figures while giving the facial. Overall horrible experience. DO NOT Go TO THIS SPA!!!

Rosalines offered a "Groupon" for $125 worth of services for $50. After over 1000 people took them up on their offer, they pulled a classic bait and switch, no longer allowing Groupon purchasers to receive certain services including the touted 60 minute deep tissue massage ($95 value), citing "scheduling" issues. They were, however, more than happy to offer two 30 minute deep tissue massages totalling $140. That's not a scheduling issue, it's a price issue! If they weren't willing to honor the deal they made, they shouldn't have made it. Plus, other reviewers have found that many services are not available to men. There are lots of spas available in this city - pick another one.

As an update (perhaps as a result of this original post), Groupon worked with Rosaline's to restore the deal to its original conditions. My faith has been restored with Groupon, but I likely still won't go out of my way to visit Rosaline's.

Rosalines provides the best treatments and waxing.... i always go there , they are very professional, the atmosphere is nice and clean.. totally recommend this place for everybody...
