The pool is cold several days a week.
The NY times was cancelled. If you put a note in suggestion box, no one calls or emails me back. The staff is great, but club has administration issues. I've been there over 15 years and I may change to another club.

The Gym has latest equipment and a good pool area. The Spa is really good all around.

Just went in yesterday and the front office staff was extremely rude. I was trying to get a day pass for my girlfriend as she wanted to see the gym before commiting to any sort of program and the customer rep essentially shut her down while I know for a fact that day passes are a thing at the Mount Auburn Club. I think it goes without saying that she will not be returning! First impressions a key for new customers and it seems they don't need our money or business
