I scheduled a taxi 9 hours ahead of time, and they never showed. I would love to write this up as miscommunication, but then I tried calling them at the scheduled time and they never picked up, so I guess I can't confirm what happened. Very surprised about the absolute lack of service. Hope this is a rare occurrence.

I called to order a taxi and the person answered my phone call was very rude. And he did not tell the estimate pick up time. When 10 mins later when I called again to ask estimate arrival time he said 5 mins and I am still waiting. Very bad experience.

Excellent, I used the van service for moving out. It is cargo van and the space is relatively big. (It took in me and my mom along with 4 suitcases and 6 boxes. According to the representative, they have a bigger cargo van at higher cost) They took the address and destination down then gave me an estimate schedule, also wrote down some of my requirements. (like loading from the yard instead of front door) Even though they didn't call me 15 mins ahead of time as promised, driver loaded up really fast and give us some extra free minutes as compensation. Driver has worker in Boston for over 10 years. He is professional and didn't need a GPS to guide him. He brought us straight to destination with a short amount of time. It cost us 70 dollars. (The price for the van is 25 dollars start and 7 dollar every 5 minutes beginning from the loading. Final price is 60 dollars and tips) I would say it's excellent experience and would definitely use their service again.
