Worse cab company on earth. Nothing but disrespectful, rude dispatchers. No wonder people use Uber now. Hang up on THIS!!!!

Took me all over. Had to tell the driver step by step. Cost me almost double than getting there.

Before calling Independent Taxi we had tried 2 different cab companies one cab had no a/c and both cabs over charged us (we did not know this until later). So when I called IT I was not expecting much. I was wrong. Ishaq, our driver, arrived promptly, he was attentive and drove us directly to our destination. We used his services several more times during our 7 day stay in Boston. He did not disappoint. He was always on time, courteous, had a clean cab and would help us with our bags. We could not be happier with the great service we received from Ishaq of Independent Taxi.

Don't waste your time called for a cab and been waiting 45 minutes. Not to mention there's a cab stand down the street at Ashmont T station. If I wasn't 33 weeks pregnant I would have walked to the cab stand. Just registered with Uber and Lyft and got an Uber in 10 minutes. I see why ppl use Uber and Lyft now!!!!

IVE FINALLY HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! I swore I would NEVER EVER use them again after 3 horrible experiences. Not with the daytime driver BIG JOHN. So if you need to get someone where quickly with a great personality to boot. Call and ask for BIG JOHN!!!
