They dont know how to be on time for a time call. Normally there 10 or 15 minutes late,sometimes even 20 minutes late. They also occassionally they forget me. 3rd worst taxi company in Lowell. If you love waiting long times,and dealing with rude people here and there then call them.

Very poor service was told 10 minutes and taxi never showed called back and no one will answer will never use 5hem again

Absolutely a joke! Doesn't even deserve 1 star. There it a women there whom is highly disrespectful which ruins it for the few nice cab drivers they do have. She bad mouths customers while shes in charge of dispatching me included while i was in the car. One time i was short 1 dollar this women who is a driver/dispater was driving the cab that morning made a big deal about it. The next time i called them mind you i had been dealing with them for almost 2 years ,i used to tip the drivers and all but in this case i was one dollar short and this women is going bad mouth me. All set there are so many taxi companies they should know to treat there regulars with respect instead on more then one occasion i was disrespected dont need it at 4am. Your company can thank her for losing a 2 yr customer. Not for nothing you would have lost my business a looong time ago had it not been for the fact there are only 3 companies open at that hour in the morning. But id rather walk then give ungrateful people business. Get out if the business if you cant control your mouth. ...sad. Unfortunately for them i work in a place where people need cabs sometimes, this is one i wont be calling

I called this company at about 1:20am after missing the last bus home. I asked for a cab and the man who answered was either high or drunk. He told me I could just flag down another can, and even after I told him I hadn't seen a cab for the past 15 minutes and I just wanted to get home, he said he wouldn't put in the cab for me. I have never written a review before, but this service was exceedingly horrible.
