I called once and asked one of the reps if they travel to a brazil he said "no we dont" then hung up on me. I called him back again and asked "sir you hung up on me before i was able to finish speaking with you". he then asked where else Id like to go and for how long, then in the middle of our conversation he abruptly stopped me from talking and said "can you call me back im very busy right now". What a complete jerk. Im never giving these guys my money.
