The worst booking experience ever with Anne! Not only is she unprofessional, but she is unreliable. My private charter was CANCELED on the same day due to her dishonesty and poor organizational skills with captains.

P.S. she yelled at me on the phone and I asked her why she was yelling at her customer and she said "she was outside and cold and that makes her yell". Ridiculous.

I am so disappointed and would never work with her again. Horrific experience.
