Don't believe everything that is stated on their website. They refuse to take responsibility or provide assistance for their false content.
On the website it states that entry into the water park in Legoland , CA is included with the entry ticket. It was not honored and I had to pay an additional $50 for my daughter and I.
When I contacted Smart Destinations, I spoke to a Leslie and long story short "They felt they were not responsible since I purchased their GoCard through Costco"
A GoCard purchased though Smart Destinations, Costco or whomever else sells it is a GoCard by Smart Destinations, its features, benefits and everything else.

Customer service by this business was horrible. The Go City Card was a good idea, but I will not purchase anything from this supplier again.

My first exposure to Smart Destinations was when I won a Go San Diego Card from their sweepstakes last year. Before then, I have never heard of them or used them before. I gifted the card to a friend whom I later traveled to San Diego with so I bought a Go San Diego Card for myself from their website. I plotted my itinerary and calculated the total admission costs before I decided that the Go San Diego Card was worth purchasing. Here's our brief itinerary: Saturday (Wave House Athletic Club, Belmont Park, SeaWorld San Diego-they close late on Saturdays), Sunday (San Diego Zoo, watched IMAX show at The Reuben H. Fleet Science Center), and Monday (GoCar Tours, Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum, Miramar Speed Circuit Race, La Jolla Ice Town, Birch Aquarium at Scripps, La Jolla kayaking). Doing all those attractions would cost way more than what I had paid for the card, but even if I were to limit it to just the basics of what I really want to do: San Diego Zoo ($40), Belmont Park ($27), SeaWorld San Diego ($69), La Jolla Kayaking ($45) = $181.00 is still already more than what I paid for the Go San Diego Card. If it wasn't for the card, we wouldn't have gone to see the Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum; it was a last minute addition to our plans and we both loved the museum... so glad we went. Second time I came to use Smart Destinations was when I was in Chicago with a cousin and it was our first time there. We had limited time and budget so we picked the paid attractions we wanted to do the most which was the Willis Tower (aka Sears Tower) and the John Hancock Observatory. I did some research and found that it was cheaper by a few cents if we buy our tickets with Go Select on Smart Destinations. There was a $5 off coupon for John Hancock which required printing and Smart Destinations offered a similar price without me having to print out that $5 coupon so I thought it was best to go with Smart Destinations. No printing was necessary for the paid voucher. My cousin and I both had web-enabled devices and we just show our voucher to the ticket counter on it. In addition to the perk of not needing to print our vouchers, we also had access to the Fast Lane... a special lane for people with CityPass or Go Card vouchers. We skipped a roomful of people at Willis Tower thanks to Go Select. After that I was just so glad we bought Go Select. I highly recommend Smart Destinations to everyone.
