Worthless Service - Take the water taxi instead. We were there on 10/1/17 and tried to get this service to pick us up. The woman I talked to could only give me approximations, nothing sounded certain at all. After watching 3 water taxi's come and go we decided to hop on one with our bags. No problem. Once we got to the wharf (not Rowes) we were able to find a place to hold our bags, people are very accommodating. I feel sorry for the guy who already paid for his ride for his entire family. He had no idea when they would get there. Couldn't get a straight answer from the voice on the other end. I called prior to arrive as they suggest to schedule a pick up and I got no reply.

We (party of 4|) booked the water taxi from the cruise ship terminal to the storage facility at Rowes Wharf and later on from Rowes Wharf to Logan Airport.
The second stage was fine and worked without a hitch, the first stage, from the ship, was a disaster.
We waited an hour for the taxi to arrive in the open air with no chance of shelter (fortunately dry and sunny). The taxi held 16 people and there were 25 waiting. As we had no fixed time for pick up (even though we had phoned the company once off the ship) and were also 2nd in the waiting line, we were refused transport. The ensuing "discussions" wasted another 25 minutes and finally we were told the next taxi would be at least an hour. Reached the storage facility by regular cab in the end.
The portion of the fee for Ship to Facility was $5/person (taxi cab cost $25), but we were refused a $5/person refund - not a great deal of money I know, but would have shown some good faith by the operators for wasting 2 hours for no reason (luckily our flight was not until the evening).
Incidentally getting in and out of the taxi at the floating pontoons was precarious and could be risky for those unsteady on their feet for whatever reason.
On the plus side it was worth storing our luggage in Rowes Wharf rather than travelling directly from the ship to the airport to store luggage there and then taxiing back into Boston to make use of available hours.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Our Captain was knowledgeable and kind. Erin, bent over backward to help us out and was so patient and gracious with us when our personal schedule got backed up. She made such a difference in our day in Boston. I would definitely use this company again.

I love this company! Called the water taxi as instructed when I was on the ground shuttle and the water taxi was there waiting for me when I got to the dock. They made my travel fun and easy. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the harbor. I used them for my return trip to the airport as well and would highly recommend this service!

I made reservation over the Internet and prepaid. I called from airport and got a message telling me to call back later. I called at the dock when there was no taxi and got same message. The competing cab company called dispatch. No one responded. I waited for an hour, I called again and got same message. then I took the other cab company because I was tired of waiting for the boat that was never coming.
