Trolleys tailgate each other, running back to back, and don't stop long enough for people to get on. This creates a unnecessary gap in pick up times.

The best way to see Boston, no doubt. The trolley drivers are a well of knowledge when it comes to Boston and they do knew how to hold your attention.

could have taken uber, gotten where we wanted to go. We did our trip Sunday and they didn't plan with enough buses or drivers. having to wait for four buses to get on took over 40 minutes. Not good for the money. If I would have uber'd I would have enough to buy a lobster roll.

Our experience was just okay. The stops are not marked at all, so it is really difficult to find where you're supposed to get on the trolley. The tour guides were okay, some better than others. They did not tell us about the free Boston Harbor cruise, which was unfortunate because we would have worked that into our itinerary for the day if we had known before we got there and heard from another passenger. The trolleys themselves were very nice and it was a good way to see the city without so much walking.
