Messed up and made my reservation for the wrong date. Called the next morning expecting a half-hour of automated operators telling me my purchase is non-refundable and thanking me for giving them my full telephone number, street address, credit card number, social security number, and shoe size (for MY security!)
Instead, a pleasant man answered after two rings, said he'd be happy to change the date, found my reservation quickly, and thanked me for my business.
A breath of fresh air!

Took this over with a couple of bikes in October. I could see the bike racks filling up in the summer season. Very convenient if you're using public transit and bikes for transportation

When hurricane Hermione forced the cancellation of boats between Boston and Provincetown the company immediately informed us of the cancellation and that they arranged for a deluxe motorcoach to take us instead. No worries, no sweat. They were first rate at handling customer service even before being asked what alternative was available. Hats off to them.

I love getting the ferry and this one is awesome!
We travelled from Boston to P/town. Staff are friendly and helped secure our bikes on the front.
The boat is very clean and tidy. The bar serves drinks, and snacks.
Great fun! And what a way to travel!
