I really enjoyed my 5 night stay at this Boston seaport apartment. So much better than staying at a hotel--and for the same price! The apartment is beautifully appointed and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The view is fabulous and you are within walking distance of the convention center, World Trade Center, and many restaurants. The check in and check out process are very well organized. I highly recommend!

This is a great apartment, with spacious rooms, great views, and a great location. We came on a college visit trip and found this apartment to be a perfect home base for the Boston schools we visited. We walked to the New England Aquarium, nice italian restaurants in the North End, and close by subway access allowed us to get to the Museum of Fine Arts easily. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well stocked with high quality pots and pans, flatware, linens, comfy beds (one a fold out couch that worked fine for our two high schoolers); there were even a couple of bottles of wine waiting for us when we arrived! The WiFi, cable TV, workout gym, and on site parking only added to the experience. Even the shower was great! All communications with Richard were smooth and prompt, and we have no complaints. We would love to stay again if we're in the Boston area.

A million thanks to Richard and Victoria for getting us two apartments in the same building for my brother's wedding. Absolutely beautifully put together and as advertised, these apartments could not have been cleaner. From first contact, to our departure, everything was perfect. I have another trip booked in September, and we will be staying in the same place.

My husband and I have stayed in the studio twice for a month each time and loved it. We're planning our third visit right now! The studio is compact, spotless and delightful. Richard and Victoria have everything perfect for their guests' arrival and respond instantly if you have questions or problems. The area is quiet, but close to everything you need. Highly recommended!

I have booked 3 times with Spare Suite. These guys run a tight ship. Almost 2 years ago I first stayed at the Royal Street Studio and loved it. When I came back last year with my husband, we stayed at the Symphony Suite which is where I am right now. Booking is very easy and there are no surprises. Everything is better than expected, every time - especially the comfortable bed and the amazing cleanliness of everything. I will definitely be back, and I recommend Richard and Victoria to everyone.
