Just moved to this area. My old cats are being treated by Dr Weiner. My experience has been very good. Dr Weiner is very knowledgeable and caring. The vet assistants knew how to deal with a very nervous cat.

My dog was completely uncared for here.

I went in for a basic checkup and to get some general advice on why my dog was having diarrhea.

Everything was money signs here! Calculators were pulled out and pressure was put on to take x-rays of my dog's teeth in order to find out what's wrong with the smell of her breath. My bill would have been almost $400 just on tests! The vet was impersonal with my dog, and did not care to explain how I can take better care of my dog. I get it, I can't give my dog shots myself so we have to rely on a professional to do that but to not be able to answer general questions and respond to everything with 'we can do a test for that, it will costs xyz' was a complete let down. Stay away from this place if you're looking for someone who will genuinely care about your pet's health and wellbeing because this place is all about $$$$.

Great staff. Everyone treated my cat well and made sure he was ok. I will definitely be going back.

Dr. Weiner is unmatched, 1,000% focused on the animal's well being. This guy saved my dog's life. Even accepted the dog during an overnight emergency. People have been complaining about how "to the point" the Dr is: stop being so sensitive. Do you want the best doctor for your pet or a best friend for you? - think about what is important here...

Absolutely horrible experience...this vet is exactly the person described by so many other reviewers...rude, condescending, greedy. My dog had a skin infection as well as an ear infection. He wanted to give her antibiotics and a special antibiotic shampoo...which I agreed to. He also wanted to check her thyroid, start her on a steroid and give her essentially Benadryl. The total cost of everything he wanted to do was >$500. I told him I couldn't afford this and we would need to compromise to come up with an affordable plan. He didn't like that. Literally acted like a child who was told 'No'. He completely shut down, didn't make eye contact. I told him I would buy the shampoo and antibiotics. If things didn't resolve in 2 weeks I asked if a return visit would be full price. He said it would be 1/2 price but "You still need to pay me for my time." After 2 years of putting up with his emotional and financial abuse I will never be coming here again.
