Just got off my 2nd flight of the day and came straight here at 2pm on a Saturday - everything else seemed to be closed and this was perfect. They served me a cowboy burger and siracha fries - both were top notch.

John Bozeman's Bistro has been a reliable source of great food for many years. They train their employees well and do a good job of making you feel welcome. If you have special dietary needs there will always be something available for you. The last time I went was with a large group and our server was funny and didn't miss a beat handling the large table.
The fries are good and the burgers for lunch are enormous.

So after recently being diagnosed as a celiac I've had a hard time going out to eat. Today I called up and spoke to a gentleman named Carl and asked if they cater to the gluten free crowd such as myself. To my surprise after being on hold for all of 10 seconds he told my I'd have no issues with most of their menu. I just ate what has to be the best fish tacos of my life. And am now waiting to go back in a week to spend my 10 anniversary with this business. High marks from this guy!!!

Please note that most of the bad reviews are from +3 years ago. This is my new favorite place to eat. Never have a long wait, the food is delicious, staff is good. All the burgers are delicious! Salads are real leafy greens (not crappy iceberg lettuce). The prices are cheaper than most in town. Portions are generous. I lived here 2 years without knowing about this place. You will not be disappointed!
