We always have great service with Enterprise and this time was no different. Ethan took care of us in a friendly and professional manner. He was also quick and efficient due to our time constraints. Looking forward to our next rental with Enterprise in downtown Bozeman.

I usually have great experiences with Enterprise, this time, not at all. After waiting longer than I expected to, there was issues verifying my utility bills for credit purposes. The manager had me look up my electric bill online to determine my ability to use a debit card. Well because it was looked up online, it still showed my previous bill, which the manager took as a "past due" bill. What he was able to see online was a new bill I had not even recieved yet, so after the 30 minutes plus of dealing with their prerequisites to rent a car, I gave up. Just didn't make much sense to me, as I am also a V.I.P. member at Enterprise. Very disappointed with them.

We picked up a Jeep Renegade with 45,000 miles on it for a short vacation trip to Washington state. The Enterprise staff at the midtown location in Bozeman was courteous and helpful, but the vehicle was dirty on the outside. We had to clean the windows at home before we left on our trip. The biggest challenge we had with this crossover was the front right passenger's tire. The next morning, our TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) on the dash would tell us that the tire had lost 10 to 15 psi of air. We were way up in northeast Washington and would have to find a shop or portable air station at a convenience store to fill it up again. This repeated almost every morning with the vehicle. Not only was this inconvenient, it was also a safety issue that could have caused a flat tire in route or worse, a blow-out. When I returned the Jeep to the Enterprise location here in Bozeman, I shared my frustration with the customer service agent. He asked me why I hadn't returned the vehicle to another location and I told him we were on a short vacation and the airport location in that area was 50 miles or more away. It was easier to keep filling up the tire than spending a half day or more taking the vehicle to an Enterprise location for repair of the tire or replacement of the vehicle. He then asked me what he could to make it right, which is a great question. I told him to speak to the manager of our local Enterprise store and see if they could give us a discount on the additional insurance we purchased. He promised he would do so. As of this writing, I've heard nothing back from that location.

I was very impressed with my entire experience at Enterprise. The staff were all very friendly and professional, and the car I rented was really nice, and ended up costing me a little less than the quote online. Will definitely be coming back to rent again in the future!

Local residents, if you do not have a major credit card, be sure to be a copy of your insurance, and 2 local up-to-date utility bills that clearly state your address. I've rented there before without having to do all of this, but was expected to provide it on Friday 8/18 without or foreknowledge. It ended up resulting in it taking 2 hours for me to get my reservation, but the employees were top notch in professionalism and I'm very glad they let me go to the Starbucks to let me print the required documents. Hopefully in the future the local team will make sure to let people know about this.
