Most of the people who work there are really helpful, so I wouldn't lump them all into the same basket. But, there are some really really obnoxious people who work there and one of their managers lets them get away with murder. If you get really bad service from a guy named "Joe" it's because he's a horrible person, and at least one of his managers (Kurt) protects him. Whatever you do, don't waste your time trying to have a reasoned discussion about service with Joe or Kurt... they simply don't care.`

Pretty frustrated with the service. Took me an hour or so to get my photos done at the kiosk (because it wasn't working with my phone) just for it to crash as I'm finishing the order and not recover my order (when it said it would). Meanwhile it was very hard to find help and the staff was not particularly helpful or friendly. Pretty disappointed overall.

Better customer service would be fantastic. I work retail. And the little things you can do for a customer go a long way. I would expect every associate to understand that.

Not only is this the worst pharmacy in town, it may be the worst pharmacy in the state. I wish I could give zero stars. Every single time I go to get a refill, after calling it in prior to refill by such and such date, at such and such time, they NEVER meet the commitment to have it filled by then. Even if I ask to have it filled by 2pm two days from now - still not filled.

They say "oh, it will take 30 minutes or so". So I go to another part of town to take care of another errand. Come back 90 minutes later - still not filled.

I wish I could get my rx somewhere else, but for the best rates, my insurance insists on CVS.
