Place was filthy as you can see in the photo
Waiter was friendly but brought me my food and had to ask for silverware. I sat there and had to ask for silverware. So he brings it. 20 mins later, he bring the people next to me their food and they sat there until he came back and had to ask for silverware.

I've ate at this restaurant five different times throughout the last year. This time was no different than the rest, service was very lacking wait was long for food. I watch two other couples get seated only to get up and leave no one came around to take their order. Restaurant was not busy. Wait staff needs to be trained once you are served food they should come back shortly to make sure your order was correct. That never happened in fact I got tired of waiting stood up walked over to the counter to get my bill I wasn't the only one. This franchise is lacking ownership.

It wasn't the best ihope but not the worse either. Customer service wasn't bad and food was on time. The only thing was that they messed up my order which took longer to get it.

Worst experience ever! We waited 25 minutes before we were even acknowledged, we told there were no tables, then we were taken to a table 20 minutes later that had been empty and clean the entire time. We sat at the table for 15 minutes before we were asked about drinks. Then waited another 45 minutes. Our food order was never taken. I left a $5 on the table for the hot chocolate my kids drank and we left. This has progressively gotten worse the last few times we have gone, but this was the last straw. Never again will me or my family go into this establishment.
