The food is what you expect at a chain but I enjoy it. I feel like I am getting a good deal every time I go; and the staff are always very friendly.

Amazing food. I like their unlimited salad+soup deal. Hey for Italian restaurant in USA that's amazing.

As usual the staff is great bit this time my shrimp alfredo was a slightlt drier than normal. Not quite enough sauce. But overall the meal was great.

Staff is helpful and nice. Food is blah - microwaved frozen stuff they probably get by the ton, easy to tell when you get a piping hot dish on the outside, still frozen in the middle (Lasagna). Tomato sauce has this acidic taste of canned produces. I doubt there's anything made from scratch on premises. Came once, won't come back.

About a month ago I was placing a carryout order when my son pulled the fire alarm... My son is young and has moderate autism, when he saw a box around the fire alarm that said "lift here" he didn't realize to "lift here" he would set it off. The manager on duty immediately attended to it, and was so kind to both him and I. Most people are not so nice to me and my child when situations like that happen. I was so impressed with her composure, her patience, and her kindness. My food was prepared quickly, and the rest of the staff there was so understanding as well. Thank You!!!!
