The doctor's are amazing but some of the front desk staff are extremely rude especially the new ones they only care about not having the schedule to busy so they can take it slow. They mess up my appointment giving me the wrong address and then they didn't want to see my child and make me wait for hours even that my child had fever. Never coming here again

I have been going here for a very long time and I just can't say enough good things. Everyone here is so friendly and highly dedicated. It's always clean and the Drs are amazing!

Our family LOVES this place! Everyone is always so happy and helpful, which makes life a little easier for a new adoptive mother of 2. The entire staff is so good with our children and always diagnose quickly and effectively. We have never been taken back past our appointment time either.

We recently moved to Bradenton from out of state and were looking for a pediatrician for our 15 month old daughter. This practice was recommended to us by an acquaintance and since it was close to our home we thought we'd give it a try. We weren't able to schedule an appointment with one of the doctors but we were able to schedule one with the nurse practitioner, who was very nice. Although some of the staff was pleasant and the nurse practitioner was nice as well, they wanted to run a whole bunch of tests and have complete bloodwork taken, which I felt was unnecessary for a healthy 15 month old! Especially when my daughter had the routine tests done at our previous pediatrician, which all came back fine. When my husband and I questioned why all these tests/bloodwork was needed the response from the staff was that this is standard especially for new patients and that it wouldn't be that big of a deal for us to get this done. My husband and I disagreed and felt we should find a different practice, which we did. However, getting our daughters medical records transferred to the new pediatricians office was like pulling teeth!!! They sat on the records for a month before sending them and then they only sent partial records claiming they didn't have her entire records! It was a nightmare! Plus after they knew we were switching practices they were very unhelpful with finding out what happened to these missing records!! Do yourself a favor and find a more competent office!
