Poor customer service, dismissive, inadequate physician's. It is obvious they are more concerned with making money than they are with the people of this community. Don't be fooled by the outside, it is a nice building with a big aquarium, but it's all lipstick on a pig! Horrible experience with this practice; avoid Dr. Bijal Patel. She doesn't listen and is a know it all!

Best decision I ever made was to transfer my care to Cooper Family Medical and Dr. Pineno. Everyone of the medical professionals in the practice that I have encountered are great. The support staff is pleasant and friendly. Dr. Pineno is an extremely knowledgeable physician that truly cares about his patients. I am grateful that I am in such good hands.

Absolute Nightmare to deal with. A complete waste of time with staff that are not even trained to deal with the simplest of tasks. I will not trust such a poorly run Dr office with my family and children.

Too many things to bother with. I used to enjoy this practice and staff, yet as they grew, they changed.
