I have been trying for over 3 months now to get an over payment reimbursement, as the original bill was incorrect, and the second bill was $84.00 less. I have been promised on 2 occasions the money returned. The first time the billing gal told me it would take 6 weeks! That has come and gone. The second gal, Shay, told me 10 days, that has come and gone. Called several times since and left 2 messages, still no response. What does one have to do to get their money returned ? Idea's welcomed !!
