TERRIBLE!!!! Took the day off work because I scheduled both of my kids for eye exams. When we arrived (early) I was told that the Dr was running behind so it would be a while unless I wanted to come back another day. I told the girl that was not an option because I already took time off work so she said she would see if they had something available for later in the afternoon but that the Dr had not even had lunch yet. Few seconds later she tells me nope we don’t have anything for later you have to come back tomorrow. So unprofessional!!!! How is this place still in business after all these bad reviews??? Needless to say I walked the heck out of there and never plan on going back!!!

I had to wait a month for my glasses to be made and I had to wait 2 weeks to pay them

Was very unhappy with the service, no one talked with us about contacts or glasses before we saw the doctor. The doctor went over briefly but was not informative at all. We were told that we were better off using their sale than our discount plan through our insurance but was not told why. Michelle was supposed to be out representative and she didn't explain anything, she told us we had to pick from two racks so we spent 30 minutes looking before she said we had to pick frames 100 or less for the sale they offered but then added that we could pick any frame and just pay the difference. I began to ask her questions and she sighed as if I was wasting her time. I apologized and she told me it was okay. I do not understand why they have people selling glasses that refuse to go over our options, basically everything we asked we received only half of the answer. In other words this place is half assed and hurd people in and out like cattle. I regret going here and will never go back!

I had a great doctor and great service at the Optical outlets in Bradenton the staff was caring and understanding and help me pick out my frames and lenses and help me through the whole situation with ease Sherry Cooper should get a raise

Very helpful Hannah Lanois helped me pick out a pair of glasses and was very sweet as well as spot on in price which compared to other places lacked in that field.
