I let the lady at the front desk know I had tonsilitis because it is contagious and two nurses came out and out me on the list right away.

The quality of the doctor and nurse care is good. However, you must be pro-active in your care when dealing with this facility. It is extremely difficult for patients and even insurance providers to get through to the appropriate parties in this office via phone. If the doctor here refers you to a specialist, don't take it for granted that the referral was accomplished and the insurance authorization secured. If you want to avoid inconvenience and disappointment, FOLLOW UP to confirm. There have been instances when I have had to drive to the office to handle situations that in most offices could have been easily handled over the phone. (But, you can't handle something via phone when it is often impossible to get a human being to answer). I reiterate, the doctors and nurses provide quality care, but the disorganization of the ancillary portion of the practice causes frustration and inconvenience.

Front desk put you on hold for hours came to get my iud checked out months ago spent almost 300 on X-ray's & they call me back almost 4 months later to ask where I've been & What I need done.. Really !! I'll never come back
