This company doesn't even deserve a star at all I was paying $503 for instance that didn't even have bodily insurance coverage... This the worst insurance company ever. Anyone who is looking for insurance coverage through this company do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and save your money. Having this company is like paying money for nothing

Please if you are reading this RUN!! This insurance company is the worse . They are horrible . One of their clients hit my car while I was stopped at a red light . I went through hell to get these people to answer my calls . It took them two weeks to get us into a rental (and my daughter and I are disabled ), and after the settlement , they only paid half of the bill and stuck me with the rest . I am in the process of filing a small claim against their company . Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company . These people could careless about you, they said the check was in the mail - two weeks later I called and demanded to speak with a supervisor , found out the check wasn't even sent out . You may be saying it's ok because they may treat their clients better and not just the people who are on the other side (as I was the victim and they are not my insurance company ) but low that now I am also taking their client to court so that I can recoup all my lost funds . So if this is your insurance company , and you hit someone and they don't pay all of that other persons expenses - you will be held responsible ; makes it pointless to even have insurance right ?

These people has to be the worst insurance company ever. I have never had so many issues with a car insurance place as i have with them. The workers are extremely rude specially Courtney she will not listen to her customer concerns and tries to talk over you when trying to explain something to her. If you want a 5 start customer service this place is way far from that! Hopes this help to any one trying to get insurance. My advice pay a littlw extra and go somewhere else besides here!
