Karen VanDerGraaf is wonderful! She helped me with my mobile home insurance and was extremely patient, efficient, honest and knowledgeable! This is saying a lot considering I am an agent myself!

Karen VanDerGraaf, one of the agents at this company, truly saved me a lot of grief. When my original agent at another agency totally dropped the ball on a policy I needed for a home purchase, I literally dumped a mess in Karen's lap. Having never spoken to me, or done business with me before, she got the matter fixed within days. Because of this I transferred my auto insurance over to her also. An outstanding agent.
