Fed up with this bank. Went in to get assistance with my car payment due to the Hurricane I was left without a job and needed to move this months payment to the end of the loan which Member Services told me to go into my local branch to do. The woman who helped me said they can not do it because they have my last payment marked as late. I asked how is that possible I just came in here and paid it by cash at the branch with the teller! She says because THEY didn't collect the late fee. It was 5 days late. So I'm dumbfounded because the TELLER TELLS YOU THE AMOUNT DUE AND THATS WHAT I GAVE. I actually gave more because I didn't have exact change and she gave me money back!!!! So because the teller failed to do her job and collect what was actually due. I MAY LOSE MY CAR on top of everything lost with Hurricane Irma. Thanks a lot Bradenton FL branch location. You have officially screwed me and my children over in the midst of a crisis! They should make zero stars an option.

Very upset with this bank right now. My personal account has been compromised 3 times and sometimes I was not even notified until I received the new card in the mail. Our business account also compromised 3 different times. Also, what really set me off was today I called to ask a question, the person's response to me was, "I don't make the rules" what kind of an answer is this to say very rudely to your customers? I wonder if your board members would appreciate that response?
