We received Excellent service from our waitress Allison at the Cortez store! My husband and I were indecisive on what appetizer(s) to order. She was attentive, very patient, and knowledgeable on the menu. She suggested great top 3 best seller options for appetizers. She went above and beyond and deserves a generous promotion. Thanks Allison!

I come there on Sundays and I love Bonefish Brunch. Great food - always get the egg burger- love this place.
I have been in there once in awhile for happy hour - maybe 2-3 times over a year. Great service, drinks and food.
But today - I had a bartender who gave me the worst service I have ever received. While I watched him dote over his regulars. When I complained to management - I was unpleasantly reminded of highschool.

Seems to be run by a group of teenagers.

Food has declined. Service great. What happened to the food? Tuna sushimi with pale pink sauce . Sauce should be on side . Crab cakes were bad . Two years ago we noticed the change and last night decided to give you another chance. It did not turn out well.

We had an attentive waiter named Jared who brought our drinks and bar bites served with a smile. I had the $6 tuna atop guacamole, delicious and filling so I had to take my second one home, the $6 Mussels Josephine. Can't see how they make money on these bar bites! I had the happy hour chard, as always. I average once a week but sometimes twice. Love it!
