I love Chipotle, but that particular store is really bad. The waiting time there is unbelievable. It can take up to 35 mins standing in the line just to get to order your meal. But wait, it doesn't stop there. Once you get to order your meal, you'll probably find out that they are out of few different items. It usually takes good 10-15 mins for them to reload their supply. This happened to me twice and the third time that happened I told them to cancel my order and my wife and I ended up going to MacDonald's. Don't get me wrong, that place has good food and friendly staff. If you don't mind spending 15-30 mins in the line, go there. Very busy place that needs better management.

Long wait. Employees prepping and serving food have facial hair with no hair net. While seating eating my food and employee goes around spraying chemicals to clean table as the mist comes to your food. REALLY!!
Management needs to do some supervision !

I really like the flavours of the food at chipotle, I almost always get the burrito bowl. The last 3 times I went the rice wasn't cooked very well at all, very crunchy. Which was disappointing. It's hard, being a vegetarian to find places that offer a real and filling veggie meal.

Had to change my original top rating, due to the current staff.
I guess the management and staff feel that because is Chipotle, no matter how rude they are, they will still have plenty of customers. As for me, I started avoiding it, and driving as far as Lakewood Ranch/University.
