Nothing fancy as for decor.
Our waitress was friendly and stayed on top of our drinks and checked up on us just enough.
We had brushetta and a medium pepperoni pizza. Brushetta was tasty. The pizza was big for a medium. Nice and big foldable slices. The right amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. The crust was just chewy enough without being tough.
With the 2 items we walked out of there for $30 including a $5 tip.

They refuse to take responsibility for THEIR mistakes by making YOU the stupid one. Mistakes happen, but own them. If they would have apologized, I would have said "no worries, it happens". I would have left happy, knowing that the people in charge acknowledge and correct mistakes, and respect their customers enough to be straight with them.
I left 3 stars because the pizza is in fact good. The customer service is terrible.
