We rented this place June 2017. We were excited when we arrived, because the location is awesome. However at night we saw bugs flying around in the condo. After killing tons of them and talking to the rental agency we were told that the owner would come by. The next day around noon the owner finally came by and informed us that those bugs were "her" TERMITES and that she knew about them she knew about it before we arrived and that the previous renters also complained about it, but she couldn't treat for it yet because the condo was rented out till September.
We decided not to stay there since the place was infested. Luckily the rental agancy understood that we didn't want to stay and they reimbursed us for our 2 week rental. They also informed us that they were not informed about the termites.
Clearly the owner is not truthful and accepts anything just to make money. I would definitely recommend not to rent this place.
