Enterprise is always my choice. They will pick you up and drop you off at work. The branches share cars, so if one runs out they'll drive you to a different one. This happened to me; I was relocated from the CS branch to the Bryan branch and they gave me an upgrade for my trouble. Sweet!

Your staff was very helpful, polite, and courteous. I would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone wanting to rent a vehicle. Keep up the good work guys.

My MIL lost her home and car in the Harvey flooding, so I rented a vehicle in Bryan TX to take to her in Orange. The Sienna SUV was great, but dealing with the Enterprise counter staff in Bryan was terrible. We ended up both being charged on our credit cards for the rental, and it took many calls and emails to get the excess charge removed. It is hard enough recovering from an event like this, it would have been nice for a little understanding during the process.

I've used enterprise for many years, and keep going back because of the ease in reserving (especially now that they have the phone app), ease in cancellation when necessary, and the friendly professional staff. If I ever have a problem, they are quick to resolve it, and quick to follow up. Of course the free upgrades from time to time is always an added bonus!. The renovations at the Bryan office add to the level of professionalism this location offers.

A good friend of mine who was affected by Hurricane Harvey could not get to Dallas because enterprise though it was a good idea to reserve the some vehicle to two people.
Bryan - College Station enterprise
I am beyond disappointed & the service was beyond terrible. You would think that properly preparing to refrain from piss poor performance would be necessary right? Instead, my friend has to stay in a hotel and now we are short and can't pay for the rental at all that WE RESERVED.
It's nice to know Enterprise has my best interest in mind, not to mention. When I asked to speak to a manager, his best suggestion was to call a different office. When I explained to him my situation, involving Hurricane Harvey, his response was "Perfect, no sarcasm intended sir". All in all, worst time of the year for you choose to be mediocre enterprise. We aren't going to be able to take my friend to his family so he'll be in a hotel room.
Perfect situation right?
Funny because I was thinking the exact opposite.
You time was appreciated, however, your efforts were not.
