Took both my boys here today and the staff was great they had awesome team work and kept the flow very nicely one of my sons was a little nervous but the staff made him very comfortable they actually didn't want to leave thanks lady's

Breanna and Dr.J they were very nice they did a great job with my daughter doing her two fill ins they communicated with us and had great smiles.
On the other had it had a unusual stinky smell in the building that was my first time ever smelling that with me going there every 6 weeks or 6months, I did let the I assume the manager in charge aware she "stated she was sorry" and continued what she was doing.
It also would be better if they had smiling friendly faces at the check in counter.

Both of my young girls needed to see the dentist. We had already had an appointment with Safari dental. Upon our arrival; they informed us they weren't licensed for the nitrous we had requested months prior. We cancelled and left.
I called Kool Smiles and they told us they could work us in the same day! The front staff was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. The office managers came out as well to help with getting all of our needs met so that we could be seen right away.
The doctors were gentle, kind and spoke to the children in an adult yet gentle ton to help them understand what was happening. There were no tears, no fussing and mostly no fear. That's something that I was very impressed with.
We have found our forever pediatric dentist for sure.
