No compassion, she talks down and seemingly belittles you. Judgemental, not helpful, and bias. Shes quick to throw pills at you but not try to help an issue.

She's very quiet and rude with her tone. She asked a stupid question that the obvious answer is yes... I looked at her for a second to make sure she was actually asking me that question. No personality, no empathy, rude staff. She needs to retire or go somewhere else. She's awful. I immediately went to a new dr. Doctors are supposed to make you feel better or safe not worse.

Dr. Ngo is calm and patient. She has excellent bedside manner. I am thankful I found her.

Very unhappy with Dr.Ngo. I had a test result high above the average, called to ask if anything I need to be concerned. A rude nurse picked up the phone, said Dr. Ngo will never talk to me unless I make an appointment to come in person. I asked if she can help me with the high number I have concern. She was not able to tell me anything. Lack of medical professionalism.
