It is very refreshing to see people who really know their job. They were very courteous and very helpful to me, and I would recommend them to my friends and family .

Do not let them take a message for them to call you back, because they will not call you back! It has happened 3 different times. I called to make a payment, said they would call me back, they didn't and my payment was late!! They wouldn't waive the policy reinstatement fee. They do not have an auto payment program either. Very dissatisfied.

Takes days for the agents to take a payment over the phone. They always say that they are bussy and to call back later but they won't take the payment when you call over and over again. I don't recommend this insurance place
