I have to tell them how to do their job every time I deal with them. I should get their paychecks. When they have to call a dr to refill a prescription, they give me a date that it "may" be ready. A week later I call to see where my medicine is and I'm told the dr hasn't gotten back to them. But when I call my dr I find out the prescription was already filled. Then CVS staff will argue that the dr didn't send it. Meanwhile I don't have the medicine.

This has happened repeatedly. Then they ask if they should contact my dr again. Ya think? So I do a roller coaster with my medicine often because of the intake interruption. Luckily this medicine isn't something that will keep me alive. If that were the case, I would be dead by now.

I will be dead and gone before I get my prescription. Only had to wait 6 hours and it's still not ready. The kids behind the counter nor the adults care at all that I'm waiting either. They think this is funny. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could give a negative rating I would!
