They've got some of the best barbecue in the area. It's always consistent, and it's always good. Plus, they've always treated me like I'm important - with a smile, courteous, and friendly.

They have small meeting rooms for groups. Very helpful. Cafeteria style. Lots of selections of meats, salads & desserts. Ample room to dine and park

Went here for a work meeting. I ordered the 2 meat plate of brisket, ribs, with ranch potatoes, and beans. As you can see from my picture the ribs where cut up into pieces for some reason and a little shy on the brisket. The potatoes and beans had been sitting so they weren't too hot. A friend of mine in front of me got two perfect slabs of ribs on the bone which is why I even ordered them. I was not very impressed. For 15 plus tax it could have been better. I would give it a second chance but not if I had to drive from Waco.

I was craving BBQ and me and my spouse went to the c and j Bryan location and needless to say we will not be coming back. The service was horrible the employees were very rude. There was no chicken or ribs just brisket and sausage. The sausage was good it was a little on the fatty side but good flavor. The brisket was the worst I have ever eating in my life. It was so dry and full of fat and when I say fat I mean every piece of meat had over half of fat. So basically we paid $30 for fat. The brisket was so dry and the flavor was nothing but smoke flavor you couldn't even taste the meat because of how strong the flavor of the smoke was. The sides were small and I feel like for $30 for 2 ppl I should have been full not still hungry

I could have spent the 30 bucks on a mean that would have tasted better and more satisfying. I remember when I first came to c&j and the food was amazing not so true anymore. The meat was extremely dry and very over priced it lacked flavor. The potatoes looked good but were very blah. This will be my last time going. I may even cook a brisket and bring it up there so they can see what a brisket is supposed to look and taste like. Very disappointed that the food has gone downhill so badly.
