Family and I went in today at 4pm. We were quickly sat at a table near a wait station. We waited for 9 minutes and watched at least 4 waiters walk by and a couple of managers stand and chat with the wait staff at the wait station. No one took a drink order so we got up to leave. The hostess that saw us walk in minutes earlier just watched us walk out with a word.

I order from here at least 2 times a week for lunch at work. Every time they over charge me. I have worked in the industry before so I know they manually add their tips. So every time I purchase my meal they add on extra tips for themselves. I always looked past it until this time. I ordered a medium well steak which has some pink in the middles not a lot. This is what I received. When I called to speak with the Manager I was placed on the longest hold ever. Finally Micheal came on the line and stated that there was nothing they could do for the overcharge or the wrongly cooked steak. I informed him that is not a way to keep customers coming back he did not seem to care. I will never go back here and encourage you all reading this to think before wasting your money at this joke of an establishment.

A fantastic American-styled restaurant with great variety of food. I personally love their vegetarian options such as their Santa Fe Spinach Dip and the Baked Spasagna. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their food! The waitstaff is typically very kind and attentive.

We arrived at 1:00m and were promptly seated. Our waitress was at our side in less than one minute taking our drink order. Drinks were served in two minutes and our onion ring tower in five. In addition to two Chicken Pasta Caesar Salads our meal included grilled catfish which requires adequate cooking time. The meal arrived in a reasonable ten minutes and was delicious. Price reasonable too. Kudos to Cheddar's management and staff. We will definately dine here again.

Today was my first experience at this location as I was visiting from Florida with my mother and brother. My brother and I ordered two cocktail drinks that took several minutes to arrive, once they arrived I discovered my drink tasted of a watered down pineapple juice with no alcohol. My brother said his tasted worse, I tasted his (which was a completely different drink) and it was indeed awful. Not upset at all we asked for our waitress so that we could explain our concern. The waitress apologized and went to get the manager "Keenan".. My mother, although she didn't order drinks this time has frequented the restaurant and explained to Keenan that we weren't happy with the drinks and that she's experienced this in the past. The manager took a surprisingly rude tone asking "well how do they taste watered down we measure all of our ingredients," My mother again stated that she has had drinks here before with the same issue.. Rather than taking the "customer is right" approach and trying to fix our problem this guy says "Well if that's your attitude about our drinks I would suggest you don't order drinks here anymore " 😮 We were appalled. I began calmly explaining that this is my first time at this facility and this is sure not a good impression. He proceeded to take the drinks away but at this point we had lost any desire to continue our dinner there. I have spent years in customer service and hospitality and this place lacked both. I will for sure be following up with corporate and I'll never visit this restaurant again!
