The food was good and the people were friendly. They needed to keep the floor a little cleaner, but good experience over all.

If I could I would give no stars. The wait staff was rude. It was literally freezing. My family (including 3 small children) were shivering as were the few other customers in the restaurant. My husband asked if they could turn up the a.c. and the lady's response was "no. Because we don't have a.c. back here." It was so cold that all the food on the buffet was cold. Even when they put a freshly made pizza out (which happened once in the hour we were there) it was cold within a few minutes. This was our first time coming here and we are very disappointed with our visit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE. I recommend you go to the CiCi's pizza on Texas ave. by Hobby Lobby. The service and food there is great.

I come to CiCi's with my kids on a regular basis as they love pizza and it's cheap. On that note I find myself in a position that I almost feel like I shouldn't complain but I almost have to. I find myself driving to the College Station location instead of Bryan, which is sad because I live in Bryan. The BRYAN location is horrible. Pizza is always cold and when you ask for something in particular the staff isn't very nice. The last time I went to the Bryan location my kids got sick. I wrote it off as maybe a bug and we tried it again, which they got sick AGAIN!!. I WISH THE OWNER CARED ABOUT HIS BRYAN LOCATION LIKE HE DOES HIS COLLEGE STATION LOCATION.

Does not accept corporate coupons that were sent to people after signing up on the CiCi's webpage.
Pizza all basically tasted the same, no matter what toppings or crust it had.
The standard set of pizza on the buffet seemed to be flavors no one wanted, so it just sat there for a long, long, long time.

Pizza is good but not best quality around. Staff is polite and orders are met with in a timely manner
