There were four of us and with all different taste. We all had a wonderful meal. I had chicken salad sandwich with roasted potatoes. Excellent chicken salad. The potatoes were roasted perfectly.

I love this place. The bacon avocado grilled cheese is delicious and paired perfectly with the tomato bisque soup. Together they're amazing.
I first tried this place for a work lunch with some coworkers and my boss and I immediately fell in love. It has quickly become my favorite place downtown.
The servers are friendly and the food is great.

I've reviewed Madden's before on Yelp and I gave it a good rating. This was a long time ago when Peter was the owner and before any real changes happened. When they had their phase of change it became difficult to stand behind my review. I can say however that they are back in good form. Some of the best food in town, with the friendliest and most dedicated wait staff. The cheapest way is to go for lunch, but their dinner menu is no slouch. They do change what's available sometimes and some are hits and some are misses but generally their food is just so good. Do yourself a favor and check this place out if you haven't.

Absolutely delicious! This is the best casual gourmet restaurant we've been too in Bryan/College Station. We celebrated my in-laws 60th wedding anniversary a few weeks ago, we chose Maddens after reading the reviews, best choice we've made. We've been to the other upscale restaurant in Bryan, it was okay but nothing compared to Maddens. The Hawaiian Sea bass was wonderful, other people at our table had the beef tenderloin, steak, chicken, pork chops and the Caesar Salad with popcorn and fried macaroni and cheese. Each person commented their food was delicious, and cooked to prefection. The entire staff was wonderful, we will definitely be back.

My best friend and I recently dined at Madden's in celebration of her Birthday. She ordered the Seared Snapper with Shrimp Enchiladas and I the special which was Filet of Beef tenderloin over tomato risotto and a side of green beans. It was undeniable one of the best meals either of has ever had. The steak was cooked to perfection, buttery and melt in your mouth delicious. The risotto was savory and flavorful and the green beans tasted like they had been picked fresh from the garden just minutes before. Service was prompt and friendly. What a great dining experience!
